With a background as a NED, Executive Buying Director and Head of Innovation for retailers including Sainsburys, Hobbycraft, Beales and Haskins, Conna’s recent experience has been focused on the garden centre sector, informed by her membership of the Garden Centre Association, the Garden Industry Manufacturers’ Association and as a committee member of the Horticultural Trades Association and the Glee trade show. She brings an unrivalled and broadly informed high street retail expertise to GrowRetail’s consultancy capability.
