The number of people growing tomatoes at home must be at an all time high this year as sales of Tomorite keep the 1 litre pack at No 1 for the third week running and sales of the 500ml pack have increased so that it jumps from No 27 last week to this weeks No 15. Will the supermarkets be complaining about a downturn in sales of tomatoes later this summer, as we have all grown our own? |
